Sometimes I think I entirely skipped my early 20's and zoomed straight into my late 30's. While the majority of people my age are either out at a bar, working their part-time job, or simply sleeping off the drinks they've consumed at said bar.. I'm in my pj's, listening to Coltrane and sinking deeper and deeper into NPR's website under the Books section.
Rainy nights do these kinds of things to me. I just wish there was someone I could burrow under my covers with. A guy to read me the parts of the books he's reading and a guy that will listen to me do the same. Also, someone who is equally as interested in watching episode after episode of Law & Order: SVU with me.
I think I've been single for too long? Maybe..?
