Powder blue.

Spent the weekend in the company of my favorite four little ones and my one favorite lady. There was a birthday. Spent $33 on a little Lucy Theus for a singing mylar balloon, a $15 Toys-R-Us gift card, red carnations, and some blow pops.There is nothing like laughing until your sides ache with the person that understands you more than anyone else. I am forever grateful that I have found that one human being in the world that, regardless of all those flaws I have, will understand me and accept me and laugh with me about how stupid those insecurities I have are.

I have always wanted to be alone and do things for myself. Be independent. Now that I am more alone than I have ever been in my life.. I am re-thinking my options. I've done the "falling asleep crying" routine far too many times in the past week.

Last day at the salon is Saturday. I am in disbelief. And I cannot wait.
